Mobile Facility Design and Build

Mobile facilities. Designed by Melanie and built by Robert and his team, who launched its own fleet of mobile occupational health vehicles in 1998.

Based on the need to operate in the inclement conditions of the quarrying sector the fleet was uniquely suitable for conducting on site health services in any environment. Over 25 years the design has been refined and in 2025, for the first time, is available to the Occupational Health sector.

Stand out features include:

1. 1. Unique medisafe storage system with internal housing tailor made to store medical equipment and consumables during travel. Crash resistant, autolocking drawers and cupboards organises storage and eliminates damage caused by damp, humidity, and transit.
   2. Double layer walls improve sound attenuation, the consistency of the internal environment and eliminates condensation.
   3. Rapid heating and air conditioning
   4. Unique sound booth mounting system minimises vibrational noise and movement over time.
   5. Unique internal materials allow wall and floors to be washed down.
   6. Unlike other builds and in accordance with British Society of Audiology guidelines, operator situated adjacent to patient window.
   7. Storage optimisation allows maximum floor space and significantly more storage space than all other builds.
   8. Mains power with leisure battery option. Easy switching mechanism.
   9. Lease and purchase options available over 3, 5 or 7 years.
